About Us Equality Nevada is a non-partisan, non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Nevada. Equality Nevada seeks to improve the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and genderqueer individuals and their families by advocating for equal rights and benefits in the workplace, ensuring individuals are treated equally under the law and increasing public support through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs. Equality Nevada works to secure equal rights for individuals in the state of Nevada by lobbying elected officials, mobilizing grassroots supporters, providing educational programs and partnering with other organizations. We are always looking for people who are passionate about making Nevada a state where everyone is treated equally, with respect and dignity, regardless of their age, sex, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or their gender identity or expression.
